Akbulut.Öz Construction was founded in İzmir in 1996. It undertook and completed the construction of  70 cooperative apartmens, the construction works of which were started in 1996 and were completed in 1999, it also undertook and completed the construction of a       3-star hotel, belonging to Kristal-İş Labor Union, in Kuşadası. Akbulut.Öz Construction assumed a modern point of view in tourism and construction sectors that have been developing rapidly since 2001 and started to undertake large scale constructions. It recently completed the construction of 2 apartment blocks with 20 apartments in Turkmen quarter of Kuşadası. Our current construction near the ring road in Turkmenquarter, which started in 2003, consist of 75 apartments and most of the construction works of cooperatives, housing estates, hotels, villas and other numerous large scale projects. In accordance with the conditions of the modern age, it added more innovations to itself. Our company, which acts in accordance with the principle “close follow-up of the developing technology and construction techniques, and quality work”, is proud to present the projects that it has successfully completed.
Akbulut.Öz Construction will begin the construction of Paradice view Housing Estate of 145 apartments in Turkmen quarter of Kuşadası in February 2006.
